Refunds & Returns

Harley Nation Australia have a 14-day return policy. We do not offer a refund on your purchase, however we do provide an exchange policy or offer a store credit to the full amount of your order, minus shipping. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase from your confirmation email. 

To start a return, contact us at harleynationaus@outlook.com. Once Harley Nation Australia receive your return request, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Harley Nation reserves the right to investigate, confirm or deny any requests to return items, and must be provided with a satisfactory reason for this. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return items will be sent back at your own cost.

Damages and issues
All products prior to shipping are inspected and confirmed to be in perfect condition. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly. If your items have been damaged during delivery, you will need to provide photo evidence of the damage to Australia Post where you can apply for compensation for lost or damaged goods. Harley Nation Australia is not liable for items damage in transit, and has no control  as to how your package is handled during shipping. 

Exchanges
If you require an exchange on an item/s they must be returned at your own cost within 14 days of receiving the item. It must be returned in the condition it was received in- unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging. You will need to contact harleynationaus@outlook.com to organise your exchange, and once the item has been received we will replace your item with your newly requested garment. Exchanged or replacement items will incur standard shipping costs.
